We all have heard of Dracula right???? If not lets use something more recent, like Twilight. The point is we have all heard some story about vampires. Either it's good, like 'vegetarian' vampires (from Twilight) or really bad things like Dracula were all he does is kill and drink blood but the truth is there are many different types of vampires. We all see them in a different way, either they are good, bad, or simply friendly. The term "Vampire" or rather the old saying a Nosferatu has developed and changed over the years. To believing people really were vampires, to them becoming stories, to then becoming legends, and finally a myth. Writers such as Stephenie Meyer,Keri Arthur, Rachelle Mead, P.C. Cast, Rachel Caine, Karen Chance, and Jeaniene Frost, etc. have played around with the idea of vampires. Writing and developing their own way they see vampires with words and sharing it with the world around them , there for creating more stories to past down from generation to generation.
To be a vampire you have to be dead. You know, the full bit, no heart beat, no sunlight, no churches, wooden stakes that kill you. Some of this is real some isn't it depends what book your reading. Some authors like to take on the oldest way we are use to thinking how vampires are. Some lke to put a little of their own spice in it. But to tell the truth it depends mostly on your imagination. Stephenie Meyer is a good example we can use. In her books twilight, new moon, eclispe, and breacking dawn, the vampires in her books can go out during the day but not when the sun is fully out. The sun doesn't harm them but they rather not go out in the sun for the sake of humans. The sun doesn't burn or fry them but it does make the sparkle. And if you read the book which most of you probably have, you'll know what I'm talking about. Most of us probably think that as soon as you get bit BOOM your a vampire. Well that's what some people believe too. Some others think you know, you die drink a little of the vampires blood get buried and the next night or so you tear your way out the ground and go roam the city stalking people. Some others think maybe your born with it, which some prbably are.
